Job Requirements

  • Minimum four years of relevant experience
  • Food service industry background
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical training
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage budgets and financial performance
  • Commitment to health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Physical endurance for lifting and standing
  • Previous management or supervisory experience

  • Minimum four years of relevant food service experience
  • Previous management experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain effective client relationships
  • Proven customer service skills aligned with Aramark's service framework
  • Skilled in fostering interdepartmental collaboration
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Lead, mentor, and empower culinary teams
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Manage budgetary allocations and financial performance, including profit and loss statements
  • Oversee food production, distribution, and catering operations
  • Establish and implement dining plans according to client preferences
  • Maintain strong client and customer relationships
  • Conduct employee recruitment, training, and performance oversight
