- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical training
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage budgets and financial performance
- Commitment to health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Physical endurance for lifting and standing
- Previous management or supervisory experience

Job Duties
- Lead, mentor, and empower culinary teams
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Manage budgetary allocations and financial performance, including profit and loss statements
- Oversee food production, distribution, and catering operations
- Establish and implement dining plans according to client preferences
- Maintain strong client and customer relationships
- Conduct employee recruitment, training, and performance oversight
