Job Requirements
- commitment to customer service and willingness to help others
- high school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent combination of education and experience
- availability to work full-time day and evening shifts
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to perform physical tasks such as carrying trays and cleaning
- good communication skills
- basic food safety knowledge
Job Qualifications
- commitment to customer service and willingness to help others
- high school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- one to three years related experience and/or training preferred
- prior restaurant server experience preferred
- ability to communicate effectively with seniors
- basic food handling knowledge
Job Duties
- Partner with culinary leaders to meet residents' needs and provide a positive dining experience
- take resident meal orders as they are seated
- assist in preparation of meal items
- buss tables and wash dishes
- maintain the dining room and kitchen area clean
- provide attentive and courteous service to residents
- support team efforts to uphold high standards of food safety and quality
