Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
at least 2 years of relevant culinary experience
ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
capability to stand and walk for extended periods
maintain professional and respectful conduct
uphold safety and security protocols
adhere to grooming standards of the hotel

Job Qualifications

high school or equivalent education
minimum of 2 years experience in an upscale hotel, restaurant, or country club
ability to obtain and maintain government required licenses and certificates
excellent communication and organizational skills
well versed in all aspects of kitchen operations including breakfast, lunch, dinner, butchering and receiving
professional and neat appearance
