Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 2 years of relevant culinary experience
  • ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
  • capability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • maintain professional and respectful conduct
  • uphold safety and security protocols
  • adhere to grooming standards of the hotel

Job Qualifications

  • high school or equivalent education
  • minimum of 2 years experience in an upscale hotel, restaurant, or country club
  • ability to obtain and maintain government required licenses and certificates
  • excellent communication and organizational skills
  • well versed in all aspects of kitchen operations including breakfast, lunch, dinner, butchering and receiving
  • professional and neat appearance
