Maintaining cleanliness, properly handling food storage, and following all nutrition and sanitary regulations are critical to this role. The Prep Cook also plays a key part in inventory management by monitoring ingredient stocks and communicating resupply needs to management. This position is ideal for someone passionate about culinary arts, eager to develop their cooking skills, and excited to contribute to a fast-paced, guest-focused environment where quality and teamwork are paramount.
