The starting pay for this role is competitive, beginning at $31.30 per hour, with a structured wage increase to $31.93 per hour for colleagues with four or more years of continuous service in the position.

Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years of pastry cook experience
  • ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • physical stamina to stand and perform kitchen duties for extended periods
  • strong attention to detail and quality
  • ability to follow recipes and production guidelines accurately
  • excellent teamwork and communication skills
