Job Requirements
- Valid local Food Handler's Card
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Capable of working flexible schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Resourceful and able to work independently and as a team
- Understanding of proper temperatures and food storage
- Passion for pastry and customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills
Job Qualifications
- 1-2 years of pastry experience preferred
- Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred
- Basic decorating and finishing skills
- Knowledge of pastry terminology and accurate scaling

Job Duties
