Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Supervising the food production and preparation adhering to established recipes and procedures
- enforcing compliance with employment policies and ensuring cleanliness and safety within the restaurant
- monitoring productivity to maintain effective food item ticket times
- managing Back of House staff performance conducting evaluations coaching and discipline
- assisting in the development of key employees and providing daily feedback during one-on-ones
- conducting taste and temp checks to ensure inventory safety in the kitchen
- overseeing the proper handling maintenance and storage of kitchen items
- practicing and managing safe food handling procedures
- managing food costs tracking waste and controlling kitchen labor costs
- directing Back of House staff including scheduling and task assignments
- training staff on equipment maintenance and cleaning procedures
- reviewing applications and participating in the hiring process for Back of House employees
- creating a safe enjoyable and clean work environment aligned with core values and operational goals
