Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • At least four years of relevant experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in a leadership capacity
  • Background in food service
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in building and maintaining productive client and customer relationships
  • Exceptional customer service skills aligned with Aramark's model
  • Ability to cultivate harmonious working relationships with different divisions

Job Duties

  • Motivate, coach, empower, and cultivate teams to enhance effectiveness
  • Ensure food provisioning aligns with executional structure
  • Provide coaching to staff by fostering collective agreement on objectives and strategies
  • Implement recognition programs to credit employees
  • Ensure all operations adhere to safety and cleanliness regulations
  • Determine client needs and communicate operational growth
  • Integrate Aramark procedures and structures into business practices
  • Develop revenue streams and supervise financial allocations
  • Verify timely creation and upkeep of P&L statements
  • Attain desired food and labor benchmarks
  • Oversee resource management to achieve quality standards and control costs
  • Carry out and uphold Aramark’s strategies for labor and culinary programs
  • Enhance worth by improving efficiency, managing costs, and overseeing profits
  • Lead coordination and management of production, delivery, and catering
  • Create an environment promoting safety and wellness
  • Ensure adherence to all applicable regulations
  • Set up and manage structures for acquisition, delivery, retention, cooking, and provision of food
  • Produce operational forecasts and explain disparities
  • Oversee accounting responsibilities
  • Confirm compliance with sanitation and safety criteria
  • Direct unit employees on production, merchandising, quality standards, costs, labor, and training
  • Source, onboard, cultivate, and uphold front-line associates
  • Conduct routine inventory audits
  • Ensure record keeping meets Aramark and regulatory standards
  • Communicate with client executives and uphold strong client relationships
  • Engage in sales activities and contractual discussions
  • Identify opportunities for new products and services to boost revenue and loyalty
