  • Preferred: Current food safety certification and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
  • Preferred: Openness to relocating within your local region for career advancement

Job Duties

  • Oversee the culinary manager duties by directing kitchen staff and maintaining peak operational efficiency

  • Mentor hourly team members to help them reach their professional milestones and career goals
  • Enforce strict safety, sanitation, and security protocols to protect our guests and staff
  • Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure 100 percent adherence to Outback recipes and standards
  • Address guest feedback immediately to build long-term brand loyalty and ensure a premier dining experience
  • Coordinate staff scheduling to ensure the kitchen is properly staffed for high-volume shifts
  • Represent the restaurant within the local community through marketing and outreach efforts
