We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Culinary Manager to join our dynamic team and help uphold Hillstone's standards of excellence. As a Culinary Manager, you will oversee daily kitchen operations ensuring that every dish meets the highest standards of taste, presentation, and quality. Newly selected managers receive an extensive 8-week on-site rotational training to immerse them in the operational flow and culture before leading their team independently. The role demands not only strong culinary expertise but also leadership capabilities in managing a diverse team of culinary professionals. You will collaborate closely with the broader management team while keeping a keen eye on inventory management, food costs, and compliance with safety regulations. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $110,000 and requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in hospitality or similar role preferably in high-volume restaurant environment
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to inspire and motivate diverse team
  • In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques food safety regulations and kitchen operations
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Solid understanding of financial management principles including budgeting cost control and inventory management
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with team members executive chef and other departments
  • Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as required
