Job Qualifications
- Servant leadership style and passion for people
- bilingual preferred but not required
- minimum 2 years in a leadership role as a kitchen or culinary manager
- experience in polished casual, upscale, or fine dining preferred
- no more than 2 jobs in the past 5 years
- experience managing P&L, scheduling, and ordering/inventory
- enjoys hands-on leadership in a scratch kitchen
Job Duties
- Lead and manage a scratch kitchen team of more than 20 employees
- support recruitment and retention by creating a culture focused on people as the number one asset
- implement and oversee training and development procedures
- supervise hourly team members daily, providing timely feedback and support
- ensure flawless plate presentation for every guest
- manage P&L, scheduling, ordering, and inventory
- engage with guests daily to enhance their experience
