  • strong attention to flawless plate presentation

Job Qualifications

  • Servant leadership style and passion for people
  • bilingual preferred but not required
  • minimum 2 years in a leadership role as a kitchen or culinary manager
  • experience in polished casual, upscale, or fine dining preferred
  • no more than 2 jobs in the past 5 years
  • experience managing P&L, scheduling, and ordering/inventory
  • enjoys hands-on leadership in a scratch kitchen

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage a scratch kitchen team of more than 20 employees
  • support recruitment and retention by creating a culture focused on people as the number one asset
  • implement and oversee training and development procedures
  • supervise hourly team members daily, providing timely feedback and support
  • ensure flawless plate presentation for every guest
  • manage P&L, scheduling, ordering, and inventory
  • engage with guests daily to enhance their experience
