The Culinary Line Cook role at Kickback Jack's is essential to maintaining the restaurant's high food quality standards and delivering an exceptional guest experience. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a line cook or kitchen role is preferred
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items accurately and efficiently during service
  • Follow standardized recipes, portion sizes, and presentation guidelines
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked station throughout the shift
  • Work with the team to ensure food orders are completed in a timely manner
  • Monitor food quality and freshness

  • Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned by the Kitchen Leader
