Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a kitchen or food service role preferred
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Capability to work in hot and cold environments
  • Comfortable working near open flames
  • Ability to maintain constant communication with team members
  • Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
  • Must adhere to safety and hygiene standards in food preparation

Job Qualifications

  • Proven track record of coaching and developing team members
  • Ability to learn and apply food safety standards
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to cross train in various kitchen roles
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage inventory management
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead and develop the grill and prep teams and Special Ops trainers
  • Be responsible for opening or closing the restaurant
  • Learn basic food and beverage management including ordering and inventory organization
  • Develop new leadership skills to lead the team
  • Assist with any additional duties assigned
  • Proven track record of coaching and developing team members
  • Ability to cross train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growth
  • May stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
