Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- minimum 5-7 years of commercial kitchen or catering experience
- strong organizational and administrative skills for tracking student progress
- ability to obtain ServSafe Instructor/Proctor certification within 6 months if not already certified
- valid driver’s license
- prior experience in training or mentoring preferred

- strong organizational and administrative skills
- ServSafe Instructor/Proctor certification or ability to obtain within 6 months
- valid driver’s license
- prior experience training or mentoring employees in a kitchen setting preferred
Job Duties
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the CJT program
- teach culinary and job readiness skills
- deliver ServSafe training
- prepare students for employment
- recruit, onboard, and mentor students
- monitor progress and evaluate outcomes
- ensure adherence to program standards and food safety guidelines
- plan and oversee food production opportunities
- proctor ServSafe exams
- manage supply and equipment needs
- communicate with Culinary Manager for ordering
- organize, plan, and execute catering and food trailer events
- maintain accurate records and data
- build and maintain partnerships
- support food safety and culinary needs for events
- ensure compliance with feeding America guidelines and food safety regulations
