Positioned within a dynamic and fast-paced culinary environment, the Culinary Enablement team member is entrusted with ensuring the accuracy of data related to menus, ingredients, and vendor information. Responsibilities include overseeing the ingestion of invoices across various locations, auditing menus to ensure compliance and accuracy on web and menu boards, and partnering with culinary and health-wellness teams to uphold food safety and quality standards. This role requires daily engagement with team meetings and coordinating closely with executive chefs and sustainability initiatives to ensure the culinary operations run smoothly.

Flexibility is a key aspect of this position, as it involves working various shifts, including evenings and weekends, depending on business needs and client requirements. Candidates for this position benefit from a competitive hourly wage ranging from $26.00 to $29.00, along with a robust suite of benefits. These include medical, dental, and vision insurance programs, as well as work-life resources, retirement savings options such as a 401(k), and paid time off including parental leave and disability coverage. The exact benefits package may vary by location and employee eligibility.

Working at Aramark offers more than just a job; it provides an opportunity for personal and professional growth within a supportive environment. The company encourages the development of new skills and adaptability in job duties to meet evolving commitments and client needs. As part of the Aramark team, Culinary Enablement employees contribute to a mission-driven organization that celebrates diversity and strives to make a positive impact on its employees, customers, and communities worldwide.
