Job Description
Fearless Restaurants is a well-established and renowned collection of dining establishments dedicated to providing exceptional culinary experiences in a sophisticated yet inviting atmosphere. Currently, Fearless Restaurants is seeking an experienced and passionate Culinary Director of Events to join their talented team. This role will initially start at Triple Crown, the company’s largest and most ambitious project to date, located in the prestigious Radnor Hotel. This 17,000 square feet indoor banquet space, which officially opened in April 2024, accommodates up to 250 guests with elegant seating arrangements and a dance floor, making it ideal for a wide variety of events including weddings, corporate functions, graduations, and funerals. The project also includes a 20,000 square feet outdoor banquet area, set to open in 2025, and a premier restaurant launching in fall 2024, representing a multi-phased development that will further elevate Fearless's presence in the event and dining space.
The setting for Triple Crown is inspired by Ralph Lauren with an equestrian theme featuring classic design elements such as plaid, stripes, and chinoiserie details, creating a timeless and luxurious ambiance. The outdoor garden space will feature a glass conservatory for a la carte dining or event use, alongside a Sperry sail-cloth tent capable of accommodating 250 guests seated, perfect for weddings or large gatherings. With two kitchens designed to meet the demands of large-scale culinary production, Triple Crown represents a chef’s dream and an exciting challenge for culinary leadership.
As the Culinary Director of Events, the role requires leading the culinary vision for banquet operations, ensuring that all food served is of the highest quality, presentation, and creativity. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in high-volume kitchens, a strong understanding of fine dining principles, and the ability to design sophisticated event menus that wow guests. Responsibilities include overseeing menu development, managing kitchen operations, leading culinary teams, coordinating with event planners, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The position demands strong leadership, creativity, and organizational skills, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 6 years experience in culinary leadership
- proven background in high-volume banquet or event catering
- strong culinary skills with fine dining expertise
- ability to manage and lead a kitchen team effectively
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- excellent communication and organizational skills
- ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events
- flexibility to work varied hours including weekends and evenings
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in high-end banquet or event catering
- at least 6 years in a culinary leadership role
- strong culinary skills with refined understanding of contemporary cuisine and banquet operations
- ability to work under pressure during large events
- exceptional leadership and team-building skills
- passion for creativity and innovation in dining experiences
- solid knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- strong communication and collaboration abilities
- formal culinary degree preferred but not required
Job Duties
