Renowned for our intimate setting, personalized guest interactions, and commitment to excellence, our establishment prides itself on maintaining a high standard across all facets of our operation. We combine the charm and comfort of boutique accommodations with top-tier dining offerings, creating an environment where guests feel both welcomed and indulged.
Currently, we are seeking a dedicated Culinary Director to lead and elevate our food and beverage program. This role is designed for a hands-on chef who is passionate about quality, consistency, and cultivating a strong team culture in the kitchen. The Culinary Director will be instrumental in shaping and evolving the culinary identity of our property, ensuring that every dish served reflects the highest standards and creative vision. This leadership position requires someone who not only excels in execution but can also inspire and mentor kitchen staff, enabling a cohesive and professional environment.
The position offers a competitive base salary of $130,000, complemented by a performance-based bonus. We understand relocating can be a challenge, so we provide relocation assistance as well as temporary housing for 30 days to help make your transition smoother. Full benefits are also included, with further details shared during the interview process.
In this role, the Culinary Director will oversee all culinary operations across the property, ensuring that food quality, seasonality, and consistency are prioritized in menu design and execution. The successful candidate will manage food costs, labor, and the overall financial performance of the kitchen, making strategic decisions that balance creativity with operational discipline. Cleaning, organization, and food safety standards will be rigorously maintained under the Culinary Director’s guidance.
Collaboration is key in this position, as you will work closely with ownership and leadership to align culinary concepts with the broader guest experience, helping to shape the identity and reputation of the property. Creating a culture of accountability, professionalism, and pride within the kitchen is a fundamental aspect of the role, as it sets the tone for the entire culinary team and directly influences guest satisfaction.
