We are representing an exceptional opportunity for a Culinary Director to lead the food and beverage program at a well-established, boutique-style property located in Central Ohio. This position goes beyond traditional culinary management to encompass shaping and evolving the culinary identity of the property. The successful candidate will have the autonomy and support to innovate menu designs while upholding operational discipline and cost controls. This balance is essential to maintain the boutique property’s high reputation while ensuring financial sustainability.
This role requires an experienced culinary professional who takes pride in flawless execution and understands the importance of cultivating a strong kitchen culture. The Culinary Director will directly oversee all culinary operations across the property, ensuring that every dish served reflects the high standards the property is known for. Building and mentoring a cohesive and efficient kitchen team is a fundamental part of the role, alongside managing inventory, food costs, labor, and sanitation protocols to exceed compliance and guest expectations.
Located in Ohio, this position offers a competitive base salary of $130,000 plus performance-based bonuses. In addition, the company offers relocation assistance as well as temporary housing for 30 days to support a smooth transition.
