Job Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar leadership role within the culinary or hospitality industry
- Strong culinary skills and a proven track record of developing innovative high-quality menus
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
- In-depth understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
- Strong organizational and financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets effectively
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration with team members vendors and stakeholders
- A degree or diploma in Culinary Arts Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred or 2 plus years of experience
