Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in a high-volume kitchen preferred
  • experience in saute, grill, line, or pastry strongly preferred
  • strong knife skills and foundational culinary knowledge
  • experience with live-fire or open-flame cooking is a plus
  • ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality
  • strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
  • team-oriented with a positive attitude
  • ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Prepare and execute menu items with precision according to recipes and plating standards
  • work across stations including saute, line, grill, and pastry production as assigned
  • maintain consistency and urgency during high-volume service
  • support daily prep, mise en place, station setup, and restocking
  • assist with grilling and open-fire cooking techniques as needed
  • execute pastry and dessert prep with accuracy and presentation in mind
  • maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
  • follow all food safety, sanitation, and health standards
  • communicate clearly with chefs and teammates during service
  • adapt quickly to kitchen needs and support other stations as required
