Job Requirements
- Previous experience in a high-volume kitchen preferred
- experience in saute, grill, line, or pastry strongly preferred
- strong knife skills and foundational culinary knowledge
- experience with live-fire or open-flame cooking is a plus
- ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality
- strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
- team-oriented with a positive attitude
- ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Prepare and execute menu items with precision according to recipes and plating standards
- work across stations including saute, line, grill, and pastry production as assigned
- maintain consistency and urgency during high-volume service
- support daily prep, mise en place, station setup, and restocking
- assist with grilling and open-fire cooking techniques as needed
- execute pastry and dessert prep with accuracy and presentation in mind
- maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
- follow all food safety, sanitation, and health standards
- communicate clearly with chefs and teammates during service
- adapt quickly to kitchen needs and support other stations as required
