Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- two to four years of relevant food service experience
- ability to follow detailed recipes and food safety guidelines
- strong communication skills
- punctuality and reliability
- physical ability to perform kitchen duties including lifting and standing
- capability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- basic English proficiency

- able to stand, kneel, lift at least 30 pounds, and walk long distances
Job Duties
- Prepare food items according to recipes and safety standards
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation in kitchen areas
- manage opening and closing kitchen duties
- communicate effectively with supervisors and kitchen staff
- maintain inventory and storage areas like walk-in coolers and dry storage
- adhere to safety and hygiene protocols consistently
- assist in coordinating with service departments to ensure smooth food delivery
