As a part of a wider network of over 27 facilities, WellBridge emphasizes quality, innovation, and compassionate care, making it a sought-after employer in the healthcare and hospitality service industry. Situated conveniently near multiple commutable areas such as Northville, Walled Lake, and Farmington Hills, WellBridge of Novi has earned its reputation by fostering an engaging and supportive work environment that promotes growth and development for its staff.

WellBridge of Novi is currently seeking a culinary team member to join their EPIC Culinary team. This role plays a critical part in the daily operations of the dining services by assisting in all food-related functions. Most importantly, this position is responsible for capturing meal orders from residents and guests, ensuring their nutritional preferences and choices are thoroughly understood and accommodated. This service-oriented role not only requires an understanding of food preparation and presentation but also demands excellent interpersonal skills, as the staff member will regularly interact with guests to enhance their dining experience.

The starting pay for this position is $16.00 per hour, which includes a base wage of $15.15 plus a $0.85 Hero Pay. In addition to competitive wages, WellBridge offers yearly wage increases that reward loyalty and dedication. This culinary position offers a unique blend of responsibility that includes greeting guests, explaining menu options, coordinating with nutritionists and chefs, and assisting with the serving of meals adhering to strict sanitary and portion control standards.

In this role, the culinary team member will be instrumental in ensuring that meals served not only meet taste and quality expectations but also contribute significantly to the overall happiness and well-being of the residents and guests. By collaborating with the Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or Executive Chef, they help integrate dietary input into the Nutrition Management program to provide personalized meal options.

The EPIC Culinary team at WellBridge places strong emphasis on providing a warm, welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued and cared for. The role requires staff to print meal production sheets and tickets and update dining room menus daily, thereby maintaining an organized and efficient meal service. This team-oriented role offers an exciting opportunity to work behind the scenes and directly with residents, making a tangible difference in their day-to-day lives through excellent customer service and culinary expertise.

WellBridge of Novi stands out for its commitment to employee growth and wellbeing. The company offers career advancement opportunities, tuition reimbursement up to $2,500 annually, and unlimited referral bonuses that incentivize building strong, community-focused teams. Employees also benefit from a 401k plan with employer match, holiday pay for 7 paid holidays, and attentive leadership dedicated to supporting staff success. These benefits reflect WellBridge’s holistic approach to employee satisfaction and retention.

Joining WellBridge of Novi means becoming part of a dedicated team focused not only on delivering exceptional care to its residents but also on fostering a positive and dynamic workplace environment.
