Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior culinary or food preparation experience
  • ability to adhere to sanitation and food safety regulations
  • proficiency in preparing food according to standardized recipes
  • strong knowledge of kitchen safety
  • ability to work within specified meal service times
  • excellent attention to detail
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods
  • flexibility to work various shifts

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a culinary or food preparation role
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to follow standardized recipes accurately
  • strong knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment
  • good communication and teamwork skills
  • willingness to learn and grow within culinary career paths

Job Duties

  • Preparing food accurately and following standardized recipes and menus
  • using professional cutting tools and cooking techniques
  • maintaining adherence to sanitation and food safety standards
  • ensuring a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • preparing food timely to meet specified meal service times
  • supporting team collaboration within kitchen staff
  • assisting with inventory and supply management
