Job Requirements
- Possession of food safety manager certification
- valid California motor vehicle operator's license may be required
- fingerprint clearance by FBI and California DOJ
- verification of Child Abuse Mandated Reporter training within six weeks of hire
- availability during probationary period of six months or 130 days
- proof of automobile insurance if applicable
- commitment to nondiscriminatory practices

- Certification in food safety management
- experience in recipe development
- knowledge of nutrition and food safety
- culinary training or education
- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

- experience with catering services
Job Duties
- Provide new recipe development training and execution
- support execution of existing recipes for all menus
- assist in all aspects of catering services
- contribute to staff meal program execution
- ensure compliance with food safety standards
- collaborate with nutrition services team
- maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
