Sodexo’s Health – Hospitals – Clinics segment is dedicated to enhancing the hospital experience for patients and improving the quality of life for healthcare personnel. This segment applies a unique blend of culinary expertise and deep human qualities such as generosity, attention, kindness, and conviviality to create positive impacts. Sodexo offers an exceptional career journey where care meets culinary excellence, and employees are empowered to make a difference every day.

The role at hand is for a full-time Cook (H/F) position based in Beaumont, France, within a clinical environment. Additionally, you will ensure complete traceability of ingredients and foods, maintain hygiene and safety standards rigorously, and prioritize the safety of yourself and your team.

This permanent contract position offers a gross monthly remuneration of 1896 euros plus complementary bonuses (PAC and PSM). Working hours run Monday through Friday with two possible shifts: 6 am to 2 pm or 7:30 am to 3:30 pm, including working every other weekend. Sodexo values employee well-being and provides a 13th-month bonus and full coverage of basic health insurance by the employer. Furthermore, Sodexo encourages continuous professional development through personalized training related to professional reviews, with clear pathways for career advancement.

Employees are invited to bring creativity and innovative ideas to improve service delivery, reinforcing Sodexo’s commitment to client satisfaction and consumer-oriented service development. This role is ideal for dynamic, compassionate, and disciplined individuals passionate about the culinary arts and healthcare gastronomy who wish to progress in a supportive and diverse environment.

Sodexo fosters a diversity and inclusion policy that welcomes candidates of all backgrounds, including people with disabilities, ensuring equal opportunity at every step of the recruitment process.
