  • Good knowledge of Medicare and the products related to it
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Can analyze data effectively and turn it into practical strategies
  • Comfortable using software to compare Medicare plans
  • Dedicated to ethical practices and following industry regulations
  • Can work well both independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Connect with clients to understand their retirement goals and financial situation
  • Assist clients in understanding Medicare options and benefits
  • Compare Medicare drug plans annually using professional software
  • Evaluate client needs against available insurance products excluding specific financial products
  • Ensure completion of Scope of Appointment paperwork 48 hours prior to Medicare appointments
  • Handle the insurance application process from start to finish
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and recommendations
  • Foster strong client relationships and promptly address their concerns
  • Collaborate with internal and national support teams to provide the best client service
