Job Requirements

  • at least high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 2 years experience in customer service, receptionist position, or front desk role
  • bilingual in English and Spanish
  • ability to handle high volume phone calls and patient interactions
  • computer proficiency with electronic forms and scheduling systems
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to work Saturdays twice a month
  • must be friendly and easy-going
  • able to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • at least 2 years experience in customer service, receptionist position, or front desk role
  • bilingual in English and Spanish

  • problem solving skills
  • analytical skills
  • ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment
  • dental experience is a plus but not required

Job Duties

  • interacting in a high-volume patient practice
  • learning schedule needs- checking patients in and out
  • computer savvy: no paper charting, all forms are completed electronically
  • making recall appointments and confirming schedule
  • collecting payments and co-pays
  • verify insurance eligibility, contact insurances when applicable
  • work with office managers, supervisors and operations team on how to resolve issues and answer questions
