Job Requirements
- high school graduate or equivalent
- successful completion of an accredited school for surgical technology
- certification as surgical technician
- 2 years of relevant CST experience
- BLS certification
- ability to prepare and assemble complex mechanical devices
- knowledge of surgical instrumentation
- strong anticipatory skills and dexterity

Job Duties
- participate in preparation and management of supply inventories
- manage surgical equipment and ensure operating room suite readiness
- provide clinical and technical assistance during operative and invasive procedures
- maintain knowledge of surgical instrumentation and new products
- prepare and assemble complex mechanical devices
- support Surgical, CVOR, and GI services
- work under direct supervision of perioperative registered nurse and operating surgeon
