CS Athletic and Enrichment Coordinator

This full-time, 12-month classified exempt position offers a salary range of $29.41 to $31.22 per hour, depending on experience. Located primarily at the Murphey Administration Center while supporting all school sites, the schedule varies according to program needs, reflecting the dynamic nature of the role. The coordinator will operate under the general direction of the Director of Community Schools and is responsible for addressing the complexities involved in program administration, student engagement, and staff supervision. This role extends beyond typical athletic coordination to include strategic partnership-building with community stakeholders, marketing and communication efforts to promote programs effectively, and ensuring compliance with policies such as student eligibility and attendance requirements.

The individual in this position will be instrumental in supervising and developing Community Schools staff, hiring qualified coaches, and fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous quality improvement throughout their programs. Attendance and active participation in relevant leagues, such as the Northwest League, as well as the regular monitoring and maintenance of athletic facilities, are critical aspects of this coordinator's responsibilities.
