The Customer Service Admin - Concierge position is vital to the ongoing success of the customer service operations at Thor Motor Coach. This role focuses on providing exceptional support to new owners by performing concierge calls to welcome them and assist in managing important customer documentation. Located at the Wakarusa facility, this role demands a reliable and positive team player who will work closely with the customer service team to execute daily administrative tasks. The position offers an opportunity to learn multiple functions within the company through cross-training, fostering professional growth and versatility. The successful candidate will contribute to maintaining the high standards of customer experience that Thor Motor Coach is known for by ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in their work. This full-time role requires a responsible individual who can handle time management effectively and maintain a friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with customers and team members. An important part of this role is to assist with the scanning and attaching of documents in the company's DAX system, supporting the customer service team in administrative duties. Job Duties

  • Perform concierge calls - welcome calls to new owners
