The school values strong partnerships with parents and the community, ensuring a nurturing and disciplined atmosphere that fosters excellence in education and character development. The institution's mission and vision are deeply rooted in Christian values and academic rigor, reflecting a commitment to cultivating individuals who excel in all facets of learning and life. The school environment is dynamic, with ongoing initiatives aimed at enhancing educational quality and community involvement. This role is a full-time, non-exempt position under CCS Pay Grade 3, offering a salary within this classification range with comprehensive benefits to support employee well-being and professional growth.

Responsibilities include managing multi-line phone systems, monitoring visitor access through the Raptor System to ensure campus safety, assisting learners with health-related needs, administering medication according to strict protocols, and coordinating various school logistical functions including attendance tracking, and learner dismissal. Additionally, the individual in this role supports field trip logistics by coordinating communication, transportation, volunteer involvement, and necessary documentation. Working closely with multiple stakeholders—staff, parents, learners, and external agencies—the receptionist contributes to creating a positive and organized school atmosphere. The position demands strong organizational skills, discretion in handling confidential information, and a commitment to the school's Christian educational philosophy.
