Job Requirements

Possess high school diploma or GED certification
Be at least 18 years of age
At least nine (9) months of prior airlines or industry experience preferred
Be authorized to work in the United States
Must have a valid driver license and good driving record
Must understand, read, and write English
Basic knowledge in Microsoft suite of products
Able to type 30 words per minute
Possess polished and professional interpersonal skills
Able to coordinate multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Must pass a DOT required pre-employment drug screen
Able to pass a 10-year work history review and criminal background check
Able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and varying schedules

Job Qualifications

Be at least 18 years of age
At least nine (9) months of prior airlines or industry experience preferred
Be authorized to work in the United States and able to travel in and out of the United States
Must have a valid driver license and good driving record
Must understand, read, and write English
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand Spanish a plus but not required
Possess high school diploma or GED certification
Basic knowledge in Microsoft suite of products including Office 365, Excel, Outlook, and Word
Must also have a basic understanding of similar softwares
Able to type 30 words per minute
Possess polished and professional interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and a customer-oriented mindset
Possess strong leadership and organizational skills
Must have well-developed people skills and ability to work with a variety of personalities
Able to coordinate multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Able to handle interruptions and a fast-paced environment
Maintain strong attention to detail
Be self-motivated and able to motivate others
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal delivered with tact and professionalism
Must pass a DOT required pre-employment drug screen and willing to submit to and pass FAA and Company mandated random drug and alcohol tests
Able to pass a required 10-year work history review and submit to criminal background and fingerprint checks
Able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and varying schedules
Ability to work in a safe professional manner adhering to all regulatory requirements including OSHA, EPA, state, and federal regulations

Job Duties

Greet and assist all customers in a prompt, friendly and courteous manner
Provide check-in assistance, ticketing changes, re-booking of itineraries and special service requests for passengers
Check and accept passenger baggage
Board/deplane flights and escort passengers to and from aircraft as needed, includes pushing wheelchairs and assisting other passengers with additional needs
Comply with all safety procedures and airline policies
Provide accurate gate, flight arrival and departure information, as well as answer general inquiries
Assist unaccompanied minors and passengers with special needs, resolve customer concerns
