Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum of 9 months prior airline or aviation industry experience preferred
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and able to travel in and out of the country without restrictions
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Office 365, Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Ability to type a minimum of 30 words per minute
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must possess polished and professional interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills
- Must be able to work flexible schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and irregular shifts
- Ability to pass DOT-required pre-employment drug screening and FAA and Company-mandated random drug and alcohol testing
- Ability to pass a 10-year work history background check and TSA-required criminal history and fingerprint checks
- Must adhere to safety regulations and work in a professional manner

Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers in a prompt, friendly, and courteous manner
- Provide check-in assistance, manage ticketing changes, re-book itineraries, and process special service requests
- Check and accept passenger baggage while ensuring compliance with policies and safety regulations
- Board and deplane flights, escort passengers including unaccompanied minors and passengers with special needs
- Provide accurate gate information such as flight arrivals, departures, and inquiries
- Assist passengers with special needs and resolve customer concerns to ensure excellent service
- Maintain knowledge of policies related to unaccompanied minors, law enforcement, hazardous materials, and regulatory requirements
- Communicate clearly with passengers, coworkers, flight crews, and vendors
- Ensure ramp safety and security by adhering to safety procedures and company policies
- Marshal aircraft on the ramp and manage ground-handling equipment
- Perform duties as Ground Security Coordinator following security program guidelines
- Handle baggage and company materials, including lifting, loading, and sorting
- Service aircraft with lavatory, potable water, window washing, de-icing, and commissary stocking
- Assist in ramp setup and storage of equipment and baggage
- Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership or management
