The Crewleader will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of the establishment and ensuring that both customers and team members are satisfied with the service and environment. As a Crewleader, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees by coordinating their activities, providing training, and maintaining seamless operation throughout each shift. You will serve as the primary point of contact for resolving customer complaints, managing inventory levels, and ensuring that all equipment and facilities are maintained to the highest standards. Job Duties

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the team members to ensure that they are performing their duties effectively and efficiently
  • Train new team members on company policies, procedures, and standards
  • Ensure that all equipment and facilities are properly maintained and in good working condition
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure that all customer inquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner
