Job Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the team members to ensure that they are performing their duties effectively and efficiently
- Train new team members on company policies, procedures, and standards
- Ensure that all equipment and facilities are properly maintained and in good working condition
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure that all customer inquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner
