This job opportunity is offered at a restaurant that operates under an independent franchisee license using the McDonald's brand. It is important to understand that this franchisee is a separate company and employer from McDonald's USA, which means that the franchisee independently controls all employment matters such as hiring, firing, staffing, and scheduling. McDonald's USA does not participate in employment decisions for this restaurant and will not receive copies of employment applications or be involved in interviews and hiring processes.

The role available is for a Guest Experience Leader who will work between 8 AM and 8 PM, creating positive, memorable moments for every customer.
