This job opportunity is at a restaurant operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald’s logos and food products. It is important to note that this franchisee operates as a separate entity and employer from McDonald’s USA. The franchisee is solely responsible for all employment matters at the restaurant including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and evenings
- Physical capability to stand and move for extended periods
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Ability to follow instructions and company procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school education or currently enrolled
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and late nights

Job Duties
- Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
- Help customers order their favorite McDonald’s meals
- Prepare all of McDonald’s world famous food
- Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun
- Keep the restaurant looking fantastic
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with inventory and stock management
