This position is at a McDonald’s restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, which is a separate company from McDonald’s USA. The franchisee owns a license to use McDonald’s brand, logos, and food products, but is solely responsible for all employment matters including hiring, firing, scheduling, and supervision. McDonald’s USA has no control over employment and will not be involved in the hiring process or receive any application materials.
