- Availability to work flexible shifts including early mornings and weekends
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as standing for extended periods and lifting moderate weight

Job Duties
- Help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals
- Prepare all of McDonald's world famous food
- Keep the restaurant looking fantastic
- Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
- Perform duties combining taking orders, preparing, and serving food and beverages
- Partner with other crew and managers to meet daily goals and have fun
- Maintain cleanliness across the restaurant
