This job opportunity is with an independent franchisee that operates a restaurant under the McDonald's brand. It's important to understand that the franchisee is a separate business entity and employer distinct from McDonald's USA. The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's logos, trademarks, and food products but independently manages all employment and operational decisions, including hiring, firing, staffing, and scheduling.
