This job opportunity is offered by a McDonald's restaurant that is independently owned and operated by a franchisee, separate from McDonald's USA. The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's trademarks, logos, and food products while running the restaurant, but operates as an independent company with complete control over hiring, firing, staffing, scheduling, discipline, and all other employment matters. As such, if you are hired for this position, your employer will be the franchisee rather than McDonald's USA. This means that any employment decisions, including interviews, hiring, or terminations, are made solely by the franchisee and not by McDonald's USA.
