This job opportunity is with a restaurant that operates under the McDonald’s brand but is independently owned and operated by a franchisee separate from McDonald’s USA. The franchisee holds the license to use McDonald’s logos and serve McDonald’s food products, however, all employment-related decisions such as hiring, firing, staffing, and supervision are managed solely by the franchisee.
