This franchisee holds a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products but functions as a distinct company with sole responsibility for employment decisions, including hiring, firing, and scheduling. Job Requirements

Job Duties
- connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
- help customers order their favorite McDonald’s meals
- prepare all of McDonald’s world-famous food
- partner with other crew and managers to meet daily goals and have fun
- keep the restaurant looking fantastic
- maintain cleanliness of dining area, completing side cleaning tasks and other tasks as needed
- deliver food and beverages to customers after their order has been placed, assist with drink refills
