Job Requirements
- Must be 15 years of age or older to work
- Must be 18 years of age or older to be a manager
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand and perform physical tasks during shifts
- Willingness to follow food safety and cleanliness standards
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members
Job Qualifications
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Customer service skills
- Leadership skills for managerial roles
- Experience in food service or retail is a plus but not required

Job Duties
- Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
- Help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals
- Prepare all of McDonald’s world famous food
- Partner with other crew and managers to meet daily goals and have fun
- Keep the restaurant looking fantastic
- Lead shifts ensuring customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience
- Monitor performance and take action to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness
- Plan shifts and communicate with next shift manager
- Manage assigned departments and systems like training, food safety, and inventory
- Set goals, delegate tasks, and report results
