This job opening is with a McDonald's restaurant that is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, separate from McDonald's USA. While the franchisee uses McDonald's logos and food products under a licensing agreement, it is a distinct company responsible for all employment matters at the restaurant. This means that if you are hired, your employer will be the franchisee, not McDonald's USA. The franchisee handles all aspects of employment including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling of employees, with McDonald's USA not involved in employment decisions or processes.

Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years of age
- ability to work flexible hours including breakfast, lunch, late nights, and weekends
- willingness to learn and follow company training programs
