This job opportunity is with an independently owned and operated McDonald’s restaurant franchisee. While this franchisee uses the well-recognized McDonald’s logos and food products, it operates as an entirely separate entity from McDonald’s USA. This distinction means that any employment relationship formed as a result of this job application will be directly with the franchisee and not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee has sole responsibility for all employment matters such as hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. McDonald’s USA holds no authority or involvement in these employment aspects and will not receive any employment applications or information related to candidates.Show More
Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Availability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- No prior experience required
- Willingness to work as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain high standards of cleanliness and food quality

Job Duties
- Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
- Help customers order their favorite McDonald’s meals
- Prepare all of McDonald’s world-famous food
- Partner with other crew and managers to meet daily goals and have fun
- Keep the restaurant looking fantastic
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Support team members and assist with training new hires
