Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends, breakfast, lunch, and late nights
- ability to stand for long periods
- good personal hygiene
- ability to work well within a team
- reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior customer service experience is a plus but not required
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
- help customers order their favorite meals
- prepare all McDonald’s food items according to standards
- collaborate with other Crew Members and Managers to meet daily goals
- maintain cleanliness and appearance of the restaurant
- participate in training and educational programs
- adhere to food safety and hygiene protocols
