Crew Team Members engage in a variety of tasks to ensure each customer has an excellent dining experience. Daily responsibilities include connecting with customers with a friendly and helpful attitude, assisting with orders, preparing world-famous McDonald’s menu items, maintaining restaurant cleanliness, and collaborating with the team to meet daily operational goals. Crew Members have access to extensive training and educational programs such as Archways to Opportunity which offers support for high school completion, college tuition assistance, and English language courses.
