Crew Team Members engage in a variety of tasks to ensure each customer has an excellent dining experience. Daily responsibilities include connecting with customers with a friendly and helpful attitude, assisting with orders, preparing world-famous McDonald’s menu items, maintaining restaurant cleanliness, and collaborating with the team to meet daily operational goals.
