Job Description
This position is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent McDonald's franchisee, separate from McDonald's USA. The franchisee holds a license to use the well-known McDonald's logos and food products to operate the restaurant, but all employment matters such as hiring, firing, staffing, and scheduling are managed solely by the franchisee and not McDonald's USA. This distinction means that if you are hired for this role, your employer will be the franchisee company and not McDonald's USA.
