Job Description
This job opportunity is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee licensed by McDonald's Corporation. This means the restaurant uses McDonald's logos and food products but operates as a separate entity from McDonald's USA. The franchisee is fully responsible for all employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. McDonald's USA does not control employment decisions and does not receive employment applications or involvement in interviews or hiring processes.

Job Requirements
- Current Food Handler Card
- Non-slip shoes
- Must be 16 years of age or older

Job Duties
- Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience with outstanding customer service
- Help customers order their favorite meals
- Prepare world famous food
- Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun
- Keep the restaurant looking fantastic with basic cleaning tasks and restaurant maintenance
